UBER: Service Marketing

Look at UBER, through a service marketing perspective, and you will discover gaps in their model. That is what I did with a team of classmates. We analyzed UBER as a company and found a knowledge gap, a customer gap, and a communication gap. Check it out and see if any of these issues have affected your UBER rides in the past.
